Back to school. Bittersweet. On one hand, the kiddos could use some normalcy. Beating the record for consecutive number of hours playing Mindcraft isn't really something I saw in my oldest's future but she needs to be her own person. I'm sure this will get her someplace in life...probably...

But I also miss seeing them on my lunch break, trips to Magic Springs...we had plans to go to the Drive In with my sister! All that is over because school is back in session and, while they LOVE school, there is a sense of sadness about the end of summer. (cue "Summertime Sadness" right...now.)

Here are the things that are keeping me going and getting me through this CRAZY week trying to establish a routine.

1. This year I will not sweat the small stuff.

If you want to wear a tutu, flip flops, kitty cat ears, sunglasses and a rubber lanyard as a bracelet to preschool, good deal. Just brush your teeth.

2. Find a schedule. No more "winging" it. My husband and I are taking the bull by the horns and getting this down to a fine art. We are figuring out who does what when so all roles are clarified in advance. I love structure. It keeps me sane and from worrying no one picked up the kids.

3. Know it's ok to ditch the schedule. I know, completely contradictory. Hear me out. Things come up. See item #1. Know I didn't lay that out for her to wear. This said, meetings get canceled. Stuff happens last minute. I will go with the flow and when in doubt, check the schedule.

4. Know the house will be a mess Monday through Friday. I love clean. If you asked my kids,"What does your mom like to do?" I'd be surprised if cleaning didn't make the cut.

Side Note: I do a great Zelda Rubinstein impression after a good clean.

Thing is, Martha Stewart isn't coming to critique my kitchen. And if she does, I will hand her a mop. Instead of scrubbing dishes all day, I will sit and watch Bob's Burgers. I MIGHT do laundry but only because I can do it sitting down...and I stress MIGHT.

5. Reassess my priorities. Like big time. More responsibilities. More work. More kiddos in school. More. More. More. Know when to say no. You can't be all things to all people but you are all things to some people. I want to spend my time with the people that make the death of summer so sad in the first place.

I am in a state of shock. Tax Free Weekend was last week. This is the symbol that it's time to get serious about this going-back-to-school business and I am not happy about it. Where did my summer go?

Regardless of my thought on the subject, school is in two weeks and I have to get prepared. My overly analytical self is in list mode. What we need, what to do, what NOT to do and so on and so on... So I have compiled my list and here it is:

1. Get those babies on a regular sleeping schedule! First priority here! These kids have been running a muck; staying up WAY too late watching Frozen over and over. Now, we listen to our music and read before bed because if we don't start now, we will pay the price in two weeks. I know this from experience.

2. We got this half done last night. School supplies. I want to send a thank you out to my kiddos' school. They PROVIDE the school supplies! It's fantastic! We just have to hunt down the perfect lunchbox that Dad approves of (has to be a certain size for his liking) and a backpack. On the same note, if anyone finds a purple pony backpack, please let me know.

3. First Day of School Outfit. Yes. Enough said. We will also need bows.

4. New Teacher Orinetation: I am so excited about this year as it is the first time I will have all of my kids in school. It's a milestone that is bittersweet. We make a big deal out of "Meet Your Teacher Day" and it is something we always remember.

5. One Last Big Summer '14 Family Outing: Not sure WHAT it will be but we will do something. Bowling. Putt Putt. We even discussed Dallas or Branson. We just want one last memory of summer before it slips away.

It's a tall order but nothing I can't handle. So as I sadly say goodbye to summer, I start getting excited about this things to come.

Like Halloween!

About a month ago my husband pulled up a chair to the computer and said,"watch this." That was the beginning of my love affair with "Chandelier" by Sia. It also marks the moment I declared I needed to get my girls into dance. Like yesterday.

The song is haunting but the dance is what makes the video...and the little girl is 11 years old. Her name is Maddie Ziegler and, man, can that girl dance.

It started with a Tweet.  “Hey, Maddie, would you like to be in my new video for my new song ‘Chandelier?’” was the tweet that launced a little girl to stardom, not that Maddie wasn't already pretty popular. She's on Dance Moms! But her notoriety from this video has far surpassed her fame on Dance Moms. If you haven't seen the video, here is your chance to check it out. Just know I warned you, you will be calling dance schools after watching this.

I am what you might call "weird" about a few things where cleaning is involved. For example, a pile of dishes in the sink does not bother me much, but they need to be in the actual sink. My husband's tea glass, a GIANT Hulk Hogan mug, seems to always be left NEXT to the sink. This drives me a little batty. My family loves me in spite of my cleaning quirks. They put up with it, anyway.

Probably one of my most interesting cleaning quirks involves my car. I like it clean. When my car is clean, I feel organized. I might have a list a mile long of things to do and places to be, but I feel organized and ready to face the day after my drive to work in a clean car. Add a little Starbucks action in there and I will quite literally move mountains. (Iced Green Tea. no syrup. It's my vice.)

So here's the caveat, I have a black car. We live in Arkansas. My in-laws live in Magnet Cove. My sister lives in Greenwood. Kickball is at Whittington Park. Why is that important? Dirt roads, pollen, NATURE attacks my clean car and makes it impossible have my daily moment of zen.

Typically, I hand wash my car because, let's face it, otherwise it's pointless. After an incredibly tiring week I gave in. Spa City Car Wash opened down the road from the office. My kiddos and I drove through their newest car wash in order to at least wash the dirt off.

The car wash is very straight forward but there is something different about it because NO STREAKS! We all know that you have to hand dry black cars or they streak...but NO STREAKS. I thought it was in my head but that picture of my car above is my car on Monday, three days later. Plus, I got a free vaccuum voucher! So I went back on  Monday and told them thank you. And I will say it again. This busy mom-of-three that works full-time is thankful you opened right down the road. The fact that you are across the road from Starbucks, well that is obviously kismet.

I will preface this list by saying there is a lot of beauty in here. A lot. I can't help it. I'm a beauty product feind. I blame my mother who always told me I needed lipstick. I created a career out of it in many ways. Throughout college I slung mascara on many a set of lashes to make ends meet. Girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

Regardless, now I have incredible taste and a plethora of cosmetic info that will do me no good whatsoever. I will dump some of that insight here.

I have mentioned I am very obsessive about my hair. It's a thing. Someone asked me the color the other day. I am sure it is something like "super blonde" or "mega super ultra blonde". What I do know is that it takes some upkeep. I love Purelogy's Perfect 4 Platinum Miracle Filller. This stuff is incredible. This stuff ahs a bit of a cult following amoung blondes but I know a lot of other friends that aren't blonde use it as well. It's an incredible leave-in.

Another product I love to pieces is MAC lipstick. There are a lot of great lipsticks out there but MAC has an amazing  Back to Mac program. It works like this, bring in six used packages and they will give you a free lipstick. No catch. They also recycle the empties. It's win/win. One of my most-reached-for colors is Chatterbox...fitting, huh?

I am pretty low key about a lot of beauty items. I mean, I love makeup but don't wear it all the time. I do wear eyeshawdow and wouldn't even consider wearing it without Urban Decay Primer Potion. It's become that step that is 100% necessary. Without it, I'll just pass all together. Mainly because this sets my liner and shadow. Without it my eye makeup is non-exsistent an hour later. Why even bother?

Ok, this one is tough. I am no longer near a Lush store and this place has stupid high shipping costs but I love this stuff SOOOOO much. I am so sensitive and Angels on Bare Skin just works well. I get itchy and the lavender in this is so calming. It's incredible.

Lastly, I am obsessed with Bath and Body Works Pink Chiffon. It's gotten out of hand. I go there when the buy three get three is going on and I try to find new ones. I REALLY try but I always end up just returning to my sweet, sweet Pink Chiffon. If they discontinue it, I will cry. Fortunately, the store will most likely contact me if this were to happen. They know this would ultimately crush my spirit and they are good people.

So that's the short list. I will most likey do this often because I am a nut for products. I'll probably leave the office singing "I feel pretty! I feel pretty!" in my house shoes with all this makeup talk.

I am very busy. At one point I decided to stop using the word "busy" because it has such a bad connotation. Then one day it hit me, I am busy, but I am busy because I choose to be busy. I don't have to do some of the things I do but want to LIVE!!

For Example, my first and foremost...

the husband and kiddos:

These kids are the perfect blend of mom and dad. I mentioned I was busy, right? Well, it'sbecuase these girls keep me that way. I am so proud of them. I am so impressed with their wit. Daily they amaze me. Here is an example, I pull pranks pretty consistently. Pratical jokes are my love languange.

Exhibit A: Here is a text from some guy named Bricky. I don't know Bricky but it's safe to assume he won't want to be best friends.

Bricky wasn't amused.

What does this have to do with my kids being my carbon copy? Here are two examples of my eldest daughter's homework. Column #1 is how she typically writes numbers. Column #2 is how she writes numbers when the directions specifically say," write what the calculator shows".

This is a constant. There is always some crazy thing these girls are up to. I can never get angry, either, because...well...

Other than work, kids and husband, I also am still acting. It's something I have done since I was a kid. I love improv which is basically sketch comedy created on the spot. It's taking that fear actors have of not knowing their lines and turbo charging it. It's very hard and VERY fun. There wasn't an improv group when I moved back to Hot Springs a year ago, so I started one. We are called Cult Fiction and we just celebrated our first birthday! That's one year of weekly and bi-weekly rehearsals and shows. It's work but it's so fun!

Another thing I am active in is...well, being active...only I don't "do" aerobics. I just can't do it. I CAN play kickball. Maybe not well, but man, do I play. It could be my very favorite thing. My entire family goes out and I play with friends once a week. I played on a league at one point but this current situation is the perfect mix of laid back and competitive. It's awesome.

I'll stop. I'd keep going but, like I said, I'm busy... but I wouldn't change it.

Hope everyone had a great Independence Day! Mine flew by, as most great holidays do. My kiddos complained that we didn't get to do "all the things that we usually do" because I was so busy with all the events at the station and it got me thinking, what makes Independence Day such a great holiday?

First and foremost, I like easy. I don't do fussy. Example, every Christmas my mother sends me one of those gingerbread houses you put together with pieces of stale cookies, old candy and a frosting-glue hybrid I'm almost positive is toxic. I can't be sure, but I wouldn't advise anyone to test my theory. Every year I make this stupid house because my kids are convinced it's a tradition now. Every year.

Exibit A: Gingerbread House Christmas '09

That's one big reason I love Fourth of July. The extent of prep required is plastic forks, plates and table clothes from Wal-mart and my family doesn't even do that. It's easy and still fun.

Another reason I am a big fan of the Fourth is because THERE ARE SO MANY ACTIVITIES!

I have said for several years I am going to have to get lake toys but each year we have found so many things to do anyway. Lakes, parks, pools, BBQ's, Magic Springs...so much stuff to do! And outside! (Outside is my favorite.)

One of the biggest reasons I love holidays is it gives me a time to reflect on what is important. Yes, I should do this all the time but I don't...but I should. I am hoping this changes. I was talking to my dad tonight. He is a pastor and an International missionary. He's seen things. I forget how easy it is to live in America. I try not to take for granted the things I have been given but it is very hard when modern day luxuries are so common place. I have the privledge to live in a country founded on independence. A country that gives us so much.

Oh, and one last reason, I also like fire...

It's finally here! One of my favorite weekends of the entire year!
I seriously LOVE Memorial Day...
Not only for what it stands for (Those that have paid the highest price to defend our freedom...'Merica!!!!)
but also for the chance to spend time with family and friends.
Grillin' out in the backyard, chillin' on the lake, and partying from dusk til' dawn.
If you're anything like me, you love a good ol' southern party, right!!??!
Well here's 5 easy things to add to your Memorial Day celebrations this year.
I promise, you'll have the most FAB party on the block. ;)

1. First things first. Every party MUST have a cooler... or two or three. :) These can be used for all kinds of cool treats and they remind your guests of the real reason for the days' celebration!

2. I know that not everybody has the same outlook on silverware as I do, but plastic wear generally drives me nuts.
It never gets the job done just right, ya know? So here's an easy way to turn your eating utensils into an all in one decorative statement. It's a drinking glass, silverware, and napkin... and you can hold it in one hand, leaving the other one free to hold onto that loaded down plate of food!

3. Patriotic Margaritas???.... Yes, please. :)

4. Ever wondered what to do with all those bottles you've emptied at the last party? Well don't throw them all away just yet. Here's a super simple idea for a back yard game that's suitable for all ages. And it's great for those fall tailgate partys too!

5. Besides the friends and family, I think we all know what's most important for any Memorial Day celebration...
FOOD! I love this adorable "Burger Bar" idea. And what's more American than a good old fashioned burger on the grill?

So which one of these is your favorite? Do you have any Memorial Day ideas? Please share them! :)
Whatever you do, make a point to thank those that have served and are currently serving and defending our beautiful country. They don't get thanked nearly enough.
Happy Memorial Day, y'all!

Love Never Felt So Good!

Each year, I patiently wait for Spring to arrive.
Sure, the flowers and warm weather are great, but let's be honest...
I'm really here for the fashion. :)
So as soon as April rolls around,
I run out to the nearest book store and load up on all my favorite fashion mags.
And this year, there's one trend, I am absolutely in LOVE with!
The Color Block Crop/Skirt combo!
Alright, I know what you're thinking...
"CROP TOP!... ummm.... no."
Just hear me out.
I'm not talking teeny tiny,
looks-like-you're-wearing-a-bra with a pair of low ride jeans here.
I'm talking high waisted skirt and a full coverage crop top that shows just a sliver of skin.
If worn the right way, it's actually the perfect blend of class and flirty fun.
Trust Me.
Taylor Swift and Jessica Alba clearly agree...

And just so you don't think ONLY the stars can pull this look off,...
I had a little fun with this flirty little trend myself.

What do you think? Are you brave enough to give this look a try?!?

It's the era of Foodies, and I admit, I am one.
So when the staff at the English Muffin in Hot Springs, Ar, casually mentioned
the thought of an omelet eating challenge... 10 ham and cheese omelets in an hour,
I knew I had to make it happen.
I know what you're thinking.
"Why in the world would she want to do that?!"
The answer is, I wouldn't.
But I know someone who would.
His name is Jeremy, I call him J-Ry,
and we met through a mutual friend (my bestie, actually).
So late one Sunday morning, we all took the short drive to
The English Muffin on Hwy. 7 and settled in for what would become
the very first
"Omelet Eating Challenge".
The video says it all....
Oh, and if you think you could complete the challenge, give it a shot!
And be sure and tell them Amber, from KLAZ, sent you. :)

86th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals
There was a lot of hype leading up to the Oscars this year, and I must say, our favorite stars didn't disappoint!
Over all, I'd say that this was one of the most well dressed Oscar events to date!
Few underwhelmed, and many left us in stunned silence as they graced the Red Carpet in glam Oscar fashion.
It was not an easy fete, but I've narrowed it down to my personal Top 5 Best Dressed of the evening...

5. Lupita Nyongo, wearing Prada. I simply adore this color on her, and the cut is fantastic.
However, I'm not a fan of the headband. At ALL.

4. Cate Blanchett, wearing Armani Prive. In my opinion, she desrved to take home the gold for the dress alone.
Don't even get me started on the show-stopping jewelry!

3. Jennifer Lawrence (Jen Law), wearing Dior. You can pretty much expect two things of Jen Law; she'll be wearing Dior, and she's quite likely to fall. Either way, she does both with exceptional grace. How can you not love her?

2. Charlize Theron, also wearing Dior. This has Oscar Glam written all over it! From the sheer, sweeping train, to
the plunging neckline and nude straps, Dior nailed this dress in every way. Putting it on that body is just a
bonus! (and my gosh, would you look at that statement necklace?!!?)

1. And the Oscar goes to.......
Kate Hudson, in Versace. No words are needed here, right?? I mean, wow.
    Just WOW.

Now you know my Top 5 Oscar dresses of 2014! Who wore your favorites?

Kitty, Kathy, Katy... whatever you call her, Ms. Perry has got some serious artistic skill.
You may remember I posted the video for "Unconditionally" a few weeks ago.
I honestly thought she couldn't top the sheer artistry in cinematography and costuming
after watching it WAY too many times to admit....
well I was wrong.
She's gone and done it with the video to "Dark Horse".
It's everything we've grown to love about Katy Perry.
Quirky. Cheeky. Elaborate.
In a word, her newest video is flawless.
Happy Viewing!

Last night I got the best nights' sleep I've had in as long as I can remember. I was in my new place, curled up in my fabulous new bed (Thanks to Gary @ The Mattress Firm!) snuggled warmly between freshly cleaned sheets and a white down comforter.
I awoke feeling rested, content, and honestly not wanting to move from my perfect little cozy sanctuary.
As I opened my eyes and looked around, I realized just how many lovely little things in my new place bring me a sense of peace.
Like I'm home.
These are some of my favorite things...

1. My bed is at the very TOP of my list. Not only did I get a great deal on the frame and most comfortable mattress EVER at the Mattress Firm, I also found the headboard at Habitat for Humanity and paid $5 for it. I painted it gold and it makes me feel like a princess.

2. My favorite chair. I bought this chair at an auction for $12.50 and completely restored and recovered it. I've always wanted it to take "center stage" in my home, and now it does. I love its' cool, retro vibe.

3. The living room. Where do I start? There are so many "me" things in this photo. I painted the picture on the wall, for starters. Between that, the hipster spot lamp and ottoman, and the ceramic poodles (one is a balloon dog), this space is a blend of classic, clean lines and just enough quirky. It seriously makes me giddy!

4. Ok,... do I even need to explain this one? lol

5. My plant. I was given this plant at my Nanny's funeral several years ago. Every time I look at it, it makes me think of her. What an incredible example of a woman she was and how much of her lives on in me and those she loved. A daily reminder of who I am and where I come from.

These are some of my favorite things.
And though they're just things, they hold memories for me that make my new place feel like home.
Also, if you haven't slept well in a while like me, I highly suggest you go see Gary at the Mattress Firm in Hot Springs. Tell him I sent you and I'm sure he'll give you a great deal! :)

What are some of your favorite things?

People are constantly commenting on my hair.
And I don't mean people I know. I'm talking random strangers.
They will literally stop me wherever I am and say things like
"Wow! I love your hair!" or "I wish I had your hair. It's so long and pretty!"
Well, I guess it's time to pull the proverbial rabbit outta the magic hat.

Every time a new year rolls around, we all resolve to make changes in ourselves. Our lives. Our whatever.
This year I'm doing something different.
Instead of making a resolution to look back on a year from now in disappointment for not fulfilling,
I'm making a list.
A list of things to do, see, and experience in 2014.
A 2014 bucket list.
What's on it, you ask?... well, I'll tell you.
1. Read a book by a new (to me) author each  month.
2. Meet friends in person that I only know via social media.
3. Travel to 12 places I've never been.
4. Watch every Tim Burton film ever made.
5. Write 6 new songs for the musical I've been working on since 2012.

I'll blog about my travels, books and experiences along the way.
Please feel free to live vicariously.
Or, you could create a bucket list of your own...
Happy New Year, everyone!
Make it EPIC.

Ok,... The Voice top 5 semi-finalists performed last night and I think I have figured out who the 3 finalists will be! Using an algorithm (a word I only know because of the Big Bang Theory and just spelled correctly sans spellcheck)  based on Pitch, Performance, Song choice and Style, I have concluded that the top 3 will be.... drumroll please.....
Jakie Lee: Team Xtina         Tessanne Chin: Team Adam    James Wolpert: Team Adam

Now, assuming the algorithmic formulations are accurate (again, sans spellcheck! I'm feeling quite physicist-ish at the moment), I have no choice but to break the news to all you Team Blake people that your charming southern badboy will no longer be the reigning champion.
That's right, I said it.
Team Blake is going down... the streak is over.

Don't blame me, blame science.

Since it looks like the weather is taking a turn for the worse and the impending doom of being stuck at home half the weekend with no way out looms over our heads, I thought I'd take this opportunity to share my 5 Favorite Things to help me stay sane when iced in and stuck at home...

1. A good old fashioned Mani/Pedi party!
What girl doesn't love playing with nail polish? I say if you're gonna be trapped for the weekend, your hands and feet may as well look good! Be a risk taker and try something a little funky, though. I'd suggest Essie's "For the Twill of it". :)

2. Silly Movie Marathon...
Assuming the power stays on, silly movies are the way to go. They'll help ease the mind-numbing boredom. My "must-haves" playlist consists of Elf, The Wedding Singer, I Love You Man and all 6 seasons of the Big Bang Theory (even though it's not really a movie, it totally counts)

3. Online Shopping!
Ok, of all the things to do when trapped at home, this is quite possibly my favorite! And at this time of year, especially! So make sure the laptop is fully charged and credit cards are paid up and get to checking off that Christmas list. And if you happen to find a little time to shop for yourself, check out a few of my personal favorites.

4. Read a Book You've Never Heard of...
No, seriously. Just Google a specific genre and download a random book to your favorite reading device. Then grab your coziest blanket and a chai tea and settle in for a straight through read. Feeling adventurous? Get the first in a series! Then if you like it, you know there's more to come.

5. Bake, Bake, and then Bake some more!
Again, assuming the power works, you can't go wrong with baking up some holiday goodies. EVER.

So, what's on your favorites list?

This weekend is my favorite weekend of the year. It starts with Black Friday and segues seamlessly into Small Business Saturday.

I plan, I prep, I lay out my outfit for each day early, and I map my shopping strategy store by store, purchase by purchase with meticulous precision. I even schedule pauses for a pumpkin spice latte and lunch with my 12 year old bestie at Chick Fil A.

I get so super giddy about this that it's honestly slightly frightening. But it's tradition and I absolutely love it.

So if you're anything like me,...you might want to take a look at www.blackfriday.com .

It has every pre-sale, early bird special and doorbuster event you could ever need!

So Plan, Prep, Shop and most importantly, stay out of my way! (you think I'm kidding...) lol

People Magazine just named Adam Levine as the "Sexiest Man Alive".

And if you're sitting there thinking to yourself, "hmmmm... I don't know about all that..."
perhaps these recent photos could help youmake up your mind.

Oh, and Happy Friday.
You're welcome. *wink*

Whether you are a massive Katy Perry fan, like myself, or not, you simply can't deny the beauty of this video for "Unconditionally". Besides Katy herself, in all her flawlessness, the song has pure, raw emotional charm.
Sprinkle in some interesting visual effects, fluid choreography and stunning costumes (I'm captivated by the deep green velvet dress!), and you have the making of graceful video genius. Enjoy!

This is my new favorite song, and I'm happy to share it with you.
I heard it first on So You Think You Can Dance when Stacey Tookey used it to choreograph a heart stopping contemporary routine for Amy and Robert and I loved it so much that I saved it on my DVR, where it still lives today.
So imagine my excitement when I turned on The Voice this week and there it was again!
And now it's even BETTER!
Christina Aquilera has joined Great Big World in subtle, harmonic perfection and the song is instantly climbing the charts.
Expect to hear it on Hot Springs' #1 Hit Music Station VERY soon.... like as in, this week! *squeal!*

Over the years, we've come to accept that there are rules to fashion.

Well today, I'm breaking them.

And I must say, I feel like a bit of a bad ass.

Rule #1: NEVER wear white after Labor Day.... yep, I broke that one.
(White Jeans: TJ Maxx)

Rule #2: Denim on Denim is a definite DON'T... until now!
(Studded Denim Top: Broadbent Boutique)

Rule #3: Black & Brown leather... together?? NO!.... or yes.
(Black Bomber Jacket: Ross; Michael Kors Booties: Dillard's)

Moral of the story? Screw the rules. Have a little fashion fun!

I can still remember the name of the very first bottle of Essie that ever painted these fingernails. It was Strawberry Shortcake and I chose it while getting a manicure on a cruise ship in 2009. I’ve been obsessed with the brand ever since. Currently, my collection numbers into the 70’s and I’m aiming to know them all by name. “Penny Talk”, “Big Bag Theory”, “Luxedo” and “Going Incognito” are some of my favorites for Fall… Happy Painting!

Everyone Has a Number…
Some Silly way to Judge Themselves. To Judge Others.
6 (the size of my jeans)
33 (the years I’ve accumulated)
136 (what my scale currently shows)
And this Number, Though Intangible and Pointless, Begins to Take on a Life of Its’ Own.
Because We let It. And Before Long, It Consumes Us. Every Part of Us.
And Suddenly, we Find Ourselves Obsessed with Changing our Number.
Yet We are Never Satisfied.
The Almighty Number is Never what we Hope it will Be.
And Nothing Else Matters.
We don’t Care if we FEEL Good.
We don’t Care if Our Friends Like our Hair, or Our Outfit.
Or if our Significant Other says We Look Pretty.
Because They aren’t The Standard with Which we Rate Ourselves.
They Aren’t the Number.
But What if we Changed the Number?
7 (strangers that smiled at me today)
3 (hugs from my kids when they left for school)
6 (phone conversations with close friends and family)
30 (minutes I set aside for something that makes me happy today)
How Would we FEEL About Ourselves?
If the Number Was Positive? Even Made us SMILE?
I don’t know, But I’m Willing to Try….
I’m Changing the Numbers.
Because I Can.
So Can You.
So What’s it Gonna Be?
What’s Your Number?
